**FIRST EMAIL**/Second Regional Event Registration Update
 

Greetings Teams:

We want to apologize for the problems you encountered in trying to register your team for its second regional event today.

TIMS experienced an issue with a query to determine the events for which a team is eligible to register. This caused users to be locked out of the system or to be shown incorrect data. We have developed a fix for the problem, and are testing it to make sure the issue is totally resolved. We are hoping the fix will allow us to open registration at 12:00 noon EDT tomorrow, October 27, and are asking teams to come back at this time.

Please note: no second regional event registration occurred today. All teams still have the same opportunity to gain a spot in the second regional event of their choice.
