Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
you must look beyond the banana thats the point i was trying to make. If you have a look in the ripple effects (the dark and lighter blue stripes) you will see a reflection of some interesting objects i tried to describe before and hadn't noticed before this. The banana is just a distraction to what's hiding around it.

Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
This picture will never go away will it.
Well I tried adjusting the contrast and I saw the red blue and green spots but I have a feeling that it is just part of the ripple/shadow effect in what ever program Dave used. The Banana has been beaten to death, until some one gets word that First is contacting Fruit companies then I would have to assume the banana will not be part of next years game and is instead just representing Havabanana productions (or something like that), just like the credit at the end of the game animations. We only have a month and a half (probably) before the real clue comes out. I honestly don't think that analyzing this picture any more will help us figure out the new game (of course that being said I will probably look dumb in January as Dave announces that the game will be underwater and robots will have to use the camera to locate fruit and to avoid the fish.) If I didn't know any better I would think that Greg is trying to needle folks who can see things and that Mr. Rees needs some homework. Mr. Spock's ear (mocat) might not be quite logical but - I'm game. Jane |

Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
just a few questions:
could the banana be like the pasta from last years game? Do the colors in the ripple resemble a stop light at all to anyone? given it would be red green and blue, possibly a goal with different color lights showing when each alliance can score in it -AZ |
Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
Ohhhhhhhhh!!!!
So thats why I saw a Chiquitta Bannana truck at the FIRST loading dock yesterday! Man...sometimes I fail to put 2 and 2 together. |
Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
If you look closely at the reflections of the three lights above the banana there is a green one, a blue one, and a red one. Next to a green light there is also what looks like a yellow crescent(like a banana)
I also see what looks like a whole line lights in the same pattern going off to the right and left of the rest of them as well. Then there seems to be the same pattern going on just below the banana. This may suggest that the three light scare at Atlanta is true. Beyond that I have no clue. In no way am I suggesting that this means anything but just what I can see in this pic. |

Re: pic: What do you see? Tricky, tricky Dave...
Completely off topic, I know this, but whoever comes up with another game hint like this again with an odd image with a bannana in distorted water that contains a warped version of the blue box bot from all those kick off videos and a volleyball to boot, how about inserting a timer that once expires triggers a loud noise and a quick flash, surprising the viewer? Do this two years from now so this idea fizzles in the head of FIRSTers, and comes back to haunt them when FIRST really begins to ponder doing a water game... :D
