I think that it normally comes about a week before kickoff, but I could be wrong...

Varies. Usually 1-2 weeks before kickoff. After Christmas, check for it every day if you have time.

sence Xero wouldn't come strait out and tell us I went through some old forums and found that someone posted "the shamrock flies at midnight", which I interprit as the field bieng dark possibly with the green light being a source of light (but it would be pretty hard to do that especsally at the Georgia Dome). Also I saw something about "false starts" possibly meaning that there will be times the robots can and can not drive. (or i could be completly off and we could end up with the brightest lit, non stoping game in FIRST history. I can only dream until January I guess...

Im sorry i havnt posted, i have been working

heres what im referring to

"Ahh, Grasshopper. What is it that is "buggin' you"? Is it that while you are fishing for clues, you are lured in? You must learn to glide across the diversions and false starts like a strider crossing a still pond.

-dave"

Good luck with that one :)

I see that as saying Water = no and slippery surfaces = yes

But i pose to everyone this. How often has Dave ever dropped a real hint for previous years games. I'm thinking that he has never given out a real hint and is just trying to mess with us.

I would say that we should take the opposite of everything he has told us about the game this year, but I don't think he would make it that easy for us :D

Even if all his "hints" are red herrings and have nothing to do with this year's game, it's still fun to speculate. Besides, I'm sure Mr. Lavery needs a good laugh every once in a while.

I am going to attempt more confusion...

What about some fun names for the game (i.e. - Triple Play, Aim High):

Criss Cross AppleSauce

Schodinger's Cat

Newtons Cradle

Everest's Hike

Spring Madness!
