So now Freddy is gone too and he was here 40 minutes before his pick and did not even bother to send me a PM.
I take the time to do this on my weekend the least you guys could do is show up for your pick, send me a PM or don't bother to join.
This really annoys me!

just use the first part now before all the SRHS stuff (now that I'm out of that high school)! That's essentially my first initial and last name (like a university email account) and did that mostly to identify myself to other teammates on the forum.

I'm going to go with one of the best teams of all time, one of the most dominant and consistent, returning both of their drivers, a team that had they not ran into the triplets would have had two regional victories last year and not lost a match, a team with 80 gajillion sponsers, a team that is extremly strong year in year out that somehow slid to me 469 the Las Guerillas

The way I kind of see it is if a player goes, the teams go back into the pool. After all, if this were the Montreal Expos folding (thank goodness that didn't happen, sorry to tick off any people on 296) the players would have to find work somewhere else. But if the player stays; the team is offlimits. If the player comes back later and draft, the teams are offlimits.

Just an outsiders opinion, that team should remain outside the pool of eligible teams.
Say Philmont gets booted (I don't think he will, just as an observation). If 71 were to return to the pool, it would be unfair to everyone else that whoever has the next pick essentially is allowed an additional first round (top 2 in fact) pick.

I agree with Ed's post, that the person would toss their pick in the pool to get the dropped person's pick. It seems more reasonable that way. Then the person is giving up something and gaining something. Besides, you all never know how well teams may do this year, so why the stress?

Why is there this long wait to draft? Just because we are on a 45 minute schedule, starting at 5pm, or whatever, doesn't mean you should wait, if its your turn to pick. Select teams ASAP!

This is painful. I think this whole process could have been completed in one night (9-11:59pm).
