C18 Version 2.4 Download Site?
 

Hey Guys,

I recently got my hands on several 2004 IFI controllers but I have only been able to land my hands on the 2.2 version of the C18 compiler. I want to work with the WPI libraries, but they require that I use version 2.4 of the compiler. Since our 2.2 version is the "FIRST edition" compiler I cannot use the 2.4 upgrade package downloadable off the Microchip website. Is there a source for the 2.4 compiler that is license friendly, or am I out of luck?

Version 2.4 shipped with the 06 kit. Any chance you team has the CD FIRST gave you?

Off of IFI's site: NOTE: To Compile 2004, 2005 or 2006 code, use MPLAB ver 7.20 and C18 Compiler ver 2.40 (newer versions can not be used)

So someone must have the 2.4 on your team. I would upload my copy but not sure thats a good idea because of legallities.
