Pneumatics help!

Hi, team #2230 from Israel over here.
We're rookies and new even to the term Pneumatics.
Has anyone be able or does anyone know how to build the pneumatic system of the robot?(if it's a team decision, what are the options of building?)

2006 Pneumatics Manual

That is the 2006 manual. So any rules it mentions might be out of date and the order form probably isn't valid, but the operation and construction of the system should be the same. You should still download the 2007 manual when it becomes available (it isn't right now) for a more up to date reference,
