Arm mounting on moving tracks?

When mounting an arm on our robot i came up with a mounting desing for our arm. For maximum flexability, i wanted to mount the arm on a double track sytem. One track alowing the arm to move left to right, and the other track allowing the arm to slide back and forth. Is it legal to use these tracks when mounting the arm?

In my interpretation of the parts use flowchart, there is nothing stating your tracks are illegal as long as they use motors from that are supplied in the KOP.

What about the track system? There isn't any tracks supplied in the kit of parts.

sure there is....the Bishop Wisecarver track (in the kitbot box) and the BWC bag has the steel wheels (and shoulder bolts) that work with it.
