Rack scoring on flat view

My friend made a program on Visual Basic 5 and we need to know that when the rings are on the rows 7,8,1,2, and 3, does the arrow wrap around and from 8 to 1 continuously, or do we need to show it another way?:confused:

It wraps (at least until something is released to the contrary).

It wraps. If the rack did not wrap, it would not be fair. One alliance would have access to more/less of the 1/8 divide.
