Quick answer... no

You could if you protect them and limit access to logged users, but even that can be risky.

I don't know about your teammate but I personally wouldn't want my phone number posted online and my email address there for spammers. Maybe 1 email (the leaders) so the team can be contacted but thats all.

you guys are making really good progress on your site you may want to find a way to preload the images in your photo gallery to when your site opens so it doesn't take a while for each thumbnail to load also maybe add captions to them so it looks nicer :]
