Springs?
 
I know in past years we haven't been able to use springs, But could we use a spring to deploy the back end of our ramp in the last 15 sec??

Is there a maximum amount of energy allowed to be stored in springs? Last year, I believe there was a maximum amount of allowed stored energy, but this year I cannot find anything about it in the Robot Section of the Manual.
