easyC Mecanum Drive Code

A bunch of people asked for team 40's code from last year. Here is the stripped down version that should allow all teams to drive with mecanum wheels. If you need to change motor ports look in the global variable by hitting F6.

Port one is FWD/REV & LEFT/RIGHT
Port two is rotate.
