No bonus points. At the time of the end of the match, the robots were clearly under the 12'' for bonuses. What happens afterword is irrelvent, points wise.

It's usually when everything stops. (The official ruling is that anything after the refs check the heights is not counted--ref checks, and even if you go over 12" afterwards, you still only get 15 points. Anything before checks is good.)
