problems with USFIRST Q&A forum?

I swear I had this problem last year and posted about it, but can't find it.

Has anyone else had problems posting in the official Q&A forum? I logged in under the ID and password found in TIMS, and it lets me in OK, but when I hit "new thread" it says I don't have the privelege to do that.

Are you trying to submit this into the forums where the GDC has already answered questions, or the Submit A Question forums at the top of the Q&A section of the website?
