Looks like the same type of drill press that one of our mentors just installed. Think I'll go check the build area...:rolleyes: Could you drill more smaller holes in between the bigger ones? (just wondering how many holes fiberglass can take)

The fiberglass can take a lot of holes look at our frame here and see the cheese. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...light=megamaid

The fiberglass can take a lot of holes look at our frame here and see the cheese. That is 4" fiberglass I-beam. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...light=megamaid

Hmm. Well I am glad to see safety glasses but that fiberglass should be clamped down incase the saw bites in and spins. Remember Safety FIRST

Cheese holes are fun to do and make robots look really cool but can get on your nerves.. I have done cheesing a lot and know how it feels.. but it was a fun experience

Any Time your cutting Fiber glass materials , You should be wearing a dust mask.

That is very true. Fiber glass, carbon fiber, all those composites, are not so tasty to the lungs. ALWAYS wear some kind of respirator.

I think cheesing looks super cool and definately an easy and fast way to lose some weight.
