Re: What do you do on your team?
In our team we try to teach each other as many skills as we can and help every one in his job. I think it's a great example of a team work and cooperation.

Re: What do you do on your team?
My job isn’t list per say
Strategist, General Manger In Training, Public Relations, Conceptions, Gopher (hardware store, pizza, team members ect.) Bible (rule book) keeper and scholar, and if needed I’ll hacksaw, jigsaw, drill, screw, or just about anything we need. That’s how most of our team works. Every kid on the team is just about able to do anything, but people get specific jobs that they are good at, but you never know when the programmer has to pick up a wrench and mount something, or the mechanical team has to write a letter to a sponsor. But, everyone mostly sticks to his or her main job, but there are some people like me that have everything to do. |
Re: What do you do on your team?
When I was on McKee H.S. Robotics Team I was turned into a Team Captain - I picked up a little mechanical work during the '02 build season and helped the coaches out by making forms for different things - Permission Slips, Sign In / Up Forms etc....
Like many other teams all the jobs on my old team was open to everybody, there was no reason why there was team members standing around looking at the ceiling. Nobody forced you to do anything you weren't interested in & you could move freely through the committees if you thought you could improve someone elses work. |
Re: What do you do on your team?
mechanical team leader. (scapegoat) but only because i do a lot of the work.
