Uhmmm. Those pick times don't look so good. We have a regional that weekend and I plan to be in bed at 3 in the morning and I'm going to get up and go to competition. Not hang out at CD.
Any chance you could make it a bit sooner?

Those are deadlines for when the round ENDS .

For the second round, it begins almost as soon as the first round ends, so if you happen to be on CD during the day or access a computer during the social.

The third round and wild card will follow in this manner. It's an attempt to be as fluid as possible to give players the time they need to make selections while making sure the draft goes on and ends before competition begins.

What it means is that you all will have a couple days exclusively devoted to trading. And you can trade at whim, just post what you and the party your trading with has agreed to.

I will make an additional statement. The picks were completely random. If you wish to swap the draft order in any round, you may do so until whoever is #1 picks and you may trade draft spots for LATER rounds until the present round ends (for instance, you can shift your spot in the WILD CARD round during the first round AT ANY POINT) as long as both parties agree and and are fine with it.
