2007 Pneumatics inventory
 

Today we recieved our SMC pneumatics kit and the parts inventory list did not match with the parts that we recieved. Has anyone else recieved their SMC parts and had this same problem?

I just inventoried our kit, and one of the items is incorrect: In place of "QTY 10: Elbow fitting, 90, 1/4" tube (PN KQLO7-35S)", we received 10 of part number KQH07-35S (which is apparently the same as "Straight fitting, 1/4" tube (PN KQH07-34S)", but with a larger thread size.)

We also received the following:

• 1 extra of "Sub base, 1/8” ports (PN SY3000-27-1T)" (i.e. qty. 3 instead of 2)
• 5 of part number SY100-30-4A (not listed in FIRST's e-mail) which are connector wires for the solenoids.

we received our SMC bag yesterday, and have several incorrect part numbers:

wrong part numbers:
SY3240-5LOU instead of SY3240-6HZ-X70
SY314OR-5LOZ-S instead of SY3240
KQH07-35S instead of KQL07-35S
KQL03-34S instead of KQ2L03-34S
KQH03-34S instead of KQ2H03-34S

parts we got, not on the parts list:
KQL07-34S 5 90 Elbow
SY114-6LOZ 12v hook up to replace 24v on solenoid

if anybody has found an update that i haven't, please let me know, or maybe im just completely missing something obvious

I encountered the same problem as Mr. Ross. Has anyone contacted First about the 10 Elbow fittings that we did not recieve, or are we just to replace them with the 10 Straight fittings of the larger thread size?
