So you place it in where the pressure switch is or on one of the openings on the compressor?

it depends.

Is the compressor on board the robot, or will you be filling the robots pneumatics tanks before each match?

If you are placing the compressor on the robot then it typically is best to set up as shown in Chief 1

Or if you are filling the robot before each match you have to set it up as shown in Chief 2
