Noisy power supply interfers with rs232/ttl

I thought I'd let you all know that we couldn't get the camera to communicate with the RC. The problem was that the 7.5v power for our test setup was comming from a 7.5 VDC transformer. This was just too noisy. When we replaced the transformer with a battery, everything worked fine.

There's eight hours I won't get back. (sigh)

Yeah...

I've experienced this too. Using the backup battery through the RC seems to be the best solution for power to the camera. I use PWM 16 and just never use that in my code.

Just a comment,
Jacob
