Team 488 is looking forward to bettering our PNW performance :)

2 robots @ 12"

We have very large low profile ramps that are really easy to drive onto that lift independently and without the need for continuous power.

That looks pretty awesome. Hopefully we'll get a chance to test it for ourselves.

I don't mean to totally derail this thread, but here are some pictures of the evolution of the "west coast" arm.

Among all the ramp bots I've seen, I say this one is definitely my favorite. I'm sure you can back up your performance at PNW pretty easily.

This will be my first ever regional, I won't be there on Thursday, but I'll be all pumped up for Friday and Saturday.

If you want to see 115's bot, it's on the MVRT website's frontpage(as a rookie, not sure if this is indeed what you call a west coast arm)

We went to L.A. instead, and Sacramento is our second regional again.

Hey, I've never met 488 before! Looking forward to that :) Have they ever been at SVR in the past?

I wouldn't be surprised if they did, it's a nice looking robot from what I saw on their website, and their manipulator is quite impressive, though I still sort of like our's better.:p

Unfortunately I wasn't there today, stayed in school for today, but I'm ready for tomorrow, I'll be out there scouting and cheering on my team, MVRT!:)

I would guess that the teams who had already competed before(i.e. 254, 114, etc.) probably stood out the most, but once it really begins, we'll see who really is the best.
