I recommend changing the background color on the drop-down menus. That second layer doesn't fit the color scheme very well.

I agree, the blue drop-down menus don't match your colour scheme. Also, you should correct the spelling "sponsers" in your alt tag on the bottom bar.

Where did we write sponsers? I just couldn't find it

Code:

<img height="46" alt="sponsers" width="766" align="absMiddle" src="http://www.upsite.co.il/uploaded/images/354_79e9d861df76959ba80277ca939f03a5.jpg" />
It's the "alt" tag for the sponsor banner across the bottom, it displays the text before the image is loaded or if the image isn't displayed for various reasons.

I really like your front page (home)! It has a lot of content and still looks open and clean.

I think you should use your website to really establish your identity, so the first thing that popped out at me was the team name, MisCar. Capital M, Capital C. Or is it? In your header on the home page you have it as Miscar, with a little c.

You have a tab labeled "About Us" with a drop down for "Our Region" and "The Team" the next tab is "The Team." Both "The Team" links go to the same place. It really makes the drop down one not needed.

A random suggestion...since Americans are really bad at geography, it would be neat if you could put a map and tell us where you are located, and where the rookie teams you are mentoring are located.
