Well all of this lovely snow has forced the school to cancel all after school activities tonight! Looks like we will be working Sunday

our school got cancelled because of -30 windchill factors.

we weren't allowed to work on the bot, so we lost a day :(

Yeah, we were let out early, and all after school activities were cancelled, so we also have lost a day.

I would venture to say it was on Geist Reservoir as that is closer to 1024's school. Geist has more houses on it with smaller docks. Eagle Creek has larger docks for lots of boats.

It's snowing pretty good here now.

Geist... and remember anybody else who's on a lake if your dock is frozen check for stress fractures around it, herd em the night before and woke up with the dock looking kinda funny in a torqued-up-frame sort of way. sledge hammer will do you fine though :D

Not all FIRST people are nuts. Some are threaded holes, rivets, velcro, or zip-ties. Anything but duct-tape.

We have a balmy 11 degrees Fahrenheit in St. Louis today. Downright tropical compared with Michigan.

I left balmy St. Louis yesterday amid snow flurries and headed back here to 67 degrees and sunshine in Austin. I saw the forecast for Michigan before I left and all I can say - truly - with all my heart - is - brrrrrrr - for all you folks up yonder.

Well Q at least your dressed for the weather... you folks up north can keep that stuff. Just looked at weather channle, looks like you'll be doing some plowing, have fun! Think I'd hibernate.

Thanks for putting the 10 degree temperatures we're having in perspective.

well thanks to the constant 90 degrees in Puerto Rico we are forced to go buy ice constantly so we can maintain ourselves hydrated :D
