Where did you get that screen material, how much does it weigh and cost?

Looks plastic, although I must say the wiring looks like a godsend compared to the one on our bot. Something along the lines of "If you throw enough metal between the electronics, one electron might reach the proper spot."

Actually it is punched stainless steel.
One of our sponsers does this as his business. It is very strong, and also very heavy. The ramp itself weighs about 40 pounds. We are using a single 2" piston that can pickup the ramp, and the robot (about 200 pounds total). |

Attitude of our electronics guys: Its OK that wires are all randomly zipped tied together, they won't be going on the final robot anyway...
