Camera Video out
Hi Everybody,
I was just looking at the diagram of the camera and all of its outputs (http://kevin.org/frc/camera/first_cm...revision_a.jpg) and i saw the Video out header in the top left corner. Can you hook this up to an RCA cable and hook it up into a TV? If not, what can it be used for? Thanks |
Re: Camera Video out
Yes, you can.

Re: Camera Video out
Does anyone know if the video out header shows the full field of view that the camera sees?
I've a number of about a 60* field of view floating around, and the camera seems to have a roughly 2:1 aspect ratio, but the video we get on our TV isn't black barred or black boxed or whatever it's called (like when you watch a DVD on a regular TV). |
Re: Camera Video out
Note that the output from that connector does not include color. It's a simple black & white video signal.

Re: Camera Video out
And after all this, the answer to the question itself is what?
