A QUESTION TO YOU

is the tilt servo moves the camera upside down or to the sides?

Tilt moves the camera's up and down angle.
Pan moves the camera's right and left angle.

Just for clarification:
Tilt makes it shake its head yes. (Up and down, vertically)
Pan makes it shake its head no. (Side to side, horizontally)
