Programing connection trouble

Were having troble with connection to our robot from our laptop for programming does anybody have any sugestions to fix it???

if you mean you do not have a db9 connection on your laptop well many teams get this problem. what you could do is get a usb-db9 adapter. i will warn you though not all adapters will work. i know by experince that the belkin adapter does not work.
