How high off the ground are those bumpers? They don't look like the could possibly be in the 2.5-8.5" range.

Yeah..... those don't look too legal...

It doesn't look like simply moving them down would be too detrimental though. At least this isn't a devastating problem.

EDIT: It appears that there are some mounting holes below the current bumper position. Was this originally for the bumper? Could it be moved down there?

(Sorry for the late response, didn't notice the pic had become a thread)

Yes, the lower holes are for the bumpers. But it was ship night and we needed some photos and didn't have time to screw them in properly. The one on the side really goes on the back - we are only using two bumpers and leaving the sides open for handles.
