[Breaking News] Dean’s Homework nearly done in New Jersey
Team 75 is proud to announce that bill AJR134 has been passed by the New Jersey State General Assembly. Essentially, this means that the state of New Jersey is one step closer to officially recognizing FIRST as well as all of its valuable effects on today’s youth. The bill will now move onto the State Senate to get voted upon. It is widely believed that it will also pass through the Senate, as there was a total vote of 75-0-0 within the General Assembly.
The NJ legislature page with voting results http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/bills/BillView.asp Bill AJR134 can be found here http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2006/Bills/AJR/134_I1.HTM An explanation of how we achieved this within the legislature can be found here http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...336#post576336 Thanks for all of your help, Rohith |
