We were allowed to start without a keeper before too, it was just a bit of a loophole in the rules. As the rules read you had to start with a keeper, however if your robot wasn't touching the keeper as is required to start with one, then the refs would remove it before the round.

This re-wording will make it easier for everyone to understand though.

Does this mean inspectors get USB flash drives? If so, I am SO being an inspector again. :D j/k, I was thinking about being one anyway.

Anywhoo, I'm really glad they put this not in there, because last year, teams' BOMs absolutely inhaled audibly (if they even existed).
