What it's really like.......
So week one has passed
and im sure everyone one else had had this on their mind so thouse of you ladies and gentlemen who participated in this first weeks match... What contributes to victory? is it defence? is the 60 points at end? can rack scoring make a difference? How about what could you ahve done better in your matches? Are ramp bots key to a victorious team? and anyother questions anyone else can come up with.. let us know please THANKS! Jeff ps this is the video that influnence this blog blue wins! |

At the VCU Regional, it seemed that all the best alliances had 1-2 scoring bots, at least 1 bot defending, and 1 bot capable of picking up 2 bots over 12" on the ramps.
By dropping the ramps early (30-45 seconds till end), most matches could be won just from the points of 1 bot getting up. |
