FL Regional SF2-1 penalty?

Can someone explain to me what the penalty was in SF2-1 that cost us the match? They said something about a robot arm contacting another robot arm? I don't see anything in the video but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

If you watch at about 1:26 in, 180's arm comes down (very lightly it would appear) on 179's ramp top. Pink also pushes 179 with their arm a few seconds later. Given the rough play at that point in time, It's likely that this is where the penalty occured

I will apologize for the arm, but it was completely unintentional. The radios were being quirky (ever so often, it would cut for a quarter of a second) during that match and if you watch our arm went down as our robot stopped, then the robot leaped again.....into 179. Sorry again, not an excuse, but EVERYONE on the blue side (i dont know about red) was having funky radio issues.
