FYI - 1425 Error Code - is only partially sponsored by Xerox at the divisional level but has many Xerox employees as mentors. Typically when Xerox sponsors a team they want to be the primary sponsor and everybody else will be supporters. That's how it's always been - kinda all or nothing mentality. With changing economics and levels of resources these days we'll see how that changes.
That has been the orginal task that Dean asked in the early days to provide funding and mentoring support as a partner with the school. This partnership needs to be balanced by having the school/teachers fully support from their end.
