Help! Calculating drag coefficient in Autodesk Inventor?

Hi,

is it possible to calculate the drag coefficient of a modeled object in autodesk inventor?

If it does, it would be the first time I've ever used Inventor to do my physics homework.

As far as I know Inventor does not do the sorts of calculations required to estimate drag coefficients. Those are usually done using specialized programs for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Inventor can be used to create a shape to be used in a CFD code and outputs the shape in several formats that can be translated into something a CFD code can understand. Inventor can also be used to determine the cross-sectional area of a shape, and important factor in determining the drag force.
