If Eagle Robotics team 399 were to hold a "prom" at our hotel in nationals, would anyone be ineterested in attending? Please let me know as soon as possible so that we can start arranging.

Sounds like a fun event.

You may encounter problems of students not being able to leave their team's hotel or having to be back at the hotel at a certain time due to county rules and such.

If possible we need to get your team to go to make this work for everyone. So if you can bring this idea up at your next meeting or at least to your advisors, that would be great!
