New stuff from Autodesk
Apparently this has been around for a long time, but I just found it yesterday. I think most of the tools here are very recent.
http://labs.autodesk.com/ Autodesk Impression looks interesting for AutoCAD users. Project Freewheel makes DWF files viewable for anyone without the DWF viewer. If you want to make a rotate-able model of your robot available on your team's Inventor page, you can paste a piece of HTML code into the page that loads an embedded viewer from the Autodesk server and displays your DWF file. A Feature Recognition tool makes it possible to get generic STEP or IGES files from suppliers' websites and easily modify them in Inventor as if they were originally Inventor files. |
Re: New stuff from Autodesk
Dan, only you would be looking for new things to do with Autodesk software. :D
