Team fundraising software

I am a mentor of team:2064. A few of the team members and myself have been working on a fundraising program that can help all the teams out. We tried to make FIRST Contact as generic as possible so all teams may use it. We have agreed to give this application away for FREE under one condition, We are asking for a small donation only if you find the program useful and have yourself acquired donations or sponsors using it. This is a Full working program with NO restrictions!

The software is not functional for me. I get an error message "Cannot find OC25.dll". I'm running on a standard XP system.

ToolBook II starts and its wants a tbk file. I don't have a tbk file so it returns to a white screen. If you want anymore info about the error just ask.
