OK, the hockey playoff games schedule are now set by the NHL. Atlanta is playing the NY Rangers beginning Thursday at 7PM at Philips Arena. For those that are not aware, Philips is very close to the GA Dome and next to CNN Center. There are still good tickets for game #1 on Thursday available through Ticketmaster.

I just (1:40AM Monday) found 6 tickets together on the upstairs side for $46.50 each including fees. These are the least expensive tickets available. There are some tickets still available downstairs but they are over $125.

Game #2 is not at a good time for First folks for several reasons. The game is at 3PM on Saturday which means the crowd will be leaving Philips between 5:30-6:00PM about the same time we all go to Centennial Olympic Park for the Wrap party!

Also, remember there is semi-pro ;) basketball (Atlanta Hawks) on Friday night at Philips and Braves games Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat nights and Sunday afternoon.

FYI...That links to a game with the Marlins but it is on Friday not Thursday. Also, The Marlins will sink and the Braves are rising back to the top and will win!

Tytus, Perhaps you did not understand what I was stating before you sent your caps locked response to me. Your original message quoted above said "Get your ticks for thrusday (sp)" however, if you click on the link you provided it takes you to tickets for Friday. I just wanted to let everyone else know so they would not purchase tickets for the wrong game. From what I could see, it was just a very small error in your post and I am sorry I seem to have upset you. :)

I don't think I have seen a post about Atlantic Station. It's down the street on 17th ST. Good theater and food, and a lot of room to just hang out.
