videos for FIRST attraction

Im trying to get teacher and student interest in FIRST. Send a few links on "wicked" awesome videos that will inspire interest as well as inform. These could include regional videos of awesome matches, spirit, or chairmens, or that thing they always show on kickoff
THANKS

You could try gathering links from each years animations. Here's a link to this years, http://robotics.arc.nasa.gov/events/2007_kickoff.php. I'm sure you could scrounge up past years on Google video or YouTube.

Also, you might want to check out some of The Blue Alliance's videos.

The Blue Alliance Match Archive System contains tons of match videos, and the video coverage of the UTC New England Regional we did brings a "SportsCenter" style feel to a FIRST event. Check them out!

You can order your free copy of the 2007 "Team in a Box" DVD set at www.team341.com/tiab.html

Although the main purpose of TIAB is to mentor rookie teams, it is often used by teams and FIRST officials to inspire schools and engage sponsors. "Team in a Box" contains high impact informative videos about FIRST in addition to interviews with Dean Kamen, Dave Lavery, Mike Wade, Students, Judges, and well known Team Mentors.

So go to www.team341.com/tiab.html or look for the links on Delphi and the FIRST websites.

Best of luck!!

Al Ostrow
