I wish we could have met with every team member and congratulated you in person. Last night was a pretty crazy time for you and I hope that it just gets better for you today and tomorrow and the rest of your first year as a Chairman's Award team. All of us are proud of you and all of the regional winners, for the accomplishments you have achieved over the years. Without teams of your caliber, FIRST will not have the impact in years to come that this world needs. Your next year will be a big one, enjoy it. Please ask if you need any help and welcome to the neighborhood. (HOF that is.)

Congratulations to MOE! I didn't want to stop you in your travel down to the field to celebrate, but I think you might be interested in this story. On March 17, St. Patrick's Day, MC Steve Warren wore a green MOE shirt at the Detroit Regional, to go with his green hair.

Long overdue award MOE. I am sorry for you guys that you had to walk the long way to the field but happy for us that we got to give you the high 5's on the way down our aisle.

Congratulations to MOE!!!

Your team will be a great addition to the Hall Of Fame! I talked to several of you on Saturday morning and you very much deserve this recognition.

Congratulations to the Miracle Workers- more fondly known as MOE.

It is time to consider just what an impact on the FIRST world they have had:
1. fluorescent green became a trademark
2. they got clapping lumber banned from competitions
3. they showed us that scout troops, multiple schools and entire regions can make a powerhouse of a team
4. whenever they competed the stands were always filled with crowds of support- living or plastic
5. they had the first 12 ft mascots (even bigger than Big Mike)
6. they made it a challenge to beat them and gave away their mangled parts to those who succeeded
7. they survived the Great Stick Napping and fought back gallantly

8. most of all- they MAKE FIRST FUN

All of our teams can take a lesson from the guys in green and try to make FIRST enjoyable. And it would be great if all of us could support their efforts by attending Duel on the Delaware this fall. See you there.

I would like to extend a huge congratulations to team 365. I cannot think of a more deserving team of this award, and it was a long time coming. Their efforts to spread FIRST are tremendous, and the effect that they have had on the entire FIRST community cannot be described. They're an enthusiastic, energetic, and great team that is always on the top of their game, on and off the field.
