I would have a Creative Zen Vision M 60gb if I wasn't too poor (my 4th gen 40gb iPod has a temperamental hard drive and a cracked screen)

I am all packed but not before having to move stuff from my carry on to my suitcase. At first I forgot you can't have butane:ahh: (small butane torch), an air horn, and tools such as screw drivers and allen wrenchs on the plane. Which stinks I hate being away from my tools.

I'm in the middle of packing. My non carry-on is done and I'm just trying to figure out how many batteries I should take besides my rechargeables.

Now I realized I missed a few things after reading this thread - So glad I made a checklist.

Rushes off for Swim Trunks and maybe a towel.

Re: So... Who's packed and ready to go?

Well, I'm packed. My bag might come un-packed if I move it, though--the sides of it are stretched so tight that a single needle poke might pop my
-polo shirt
-t-shirt
-mechanic's shirt
other essential clothes (wouldn't want to forget underwear + socks...:ahh: )
coax cable
modulator
(the two above are for tapping into the TV--LodgeNet sucks. Yay guitar hero!)
wireless (-b, unfortunately :( ) router - for tapping the internet connection and sharing with the team
toiletries (had to take the battery out of my vibrating razor--it turned on under the vast pressure of the above items! :D Hope I don't end up with shaving cream everywhere...)
Pink sheep that a teammate won in the claw game at the Ponderosa after GLR that I am going to try to tape to the robot for at least one match
and anything else I can't think of

all over the parking lot. Hooray for being prepared...

Ready to start my 12-hour trip from Pontiac, MI by bus, starting in a little less than 2 hours. Fun, fun.

Not mine! (Well, unless you count a book.)
  • clothes
  • buttons
  • sleeping bag (I suspect I'll wind up on the floor)
  • books
  • safety glasses (mustn't forget those!)
  • wraps appropriate to the weather
  • a bit of schoolwork (with the books--recreational and school-assigned)
See? No entertainment devices.
