My name is Adam Heard, I have been a member of Beach Cities Robotics(294) for the past fourish years.

I will be attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (about 2 hours from where I am now) next year.

I will continue to help 294 through the summer, and will help them on weekends during the build season.

I hope to start working with team 973 up by Cal Poly and possibly start some sort of cooperation (regional swap ala 4 & 188).

Yeah I undrstand where you are coming from. From being a leader in my organization for three years and a strong participator my freshmen year to going of to mentor a team freshmen year in college, it might be tough considering science at Emory is supposed to eat time alive. But I am going to stick it out for sure.

My name is Jason Bernard and i am a part of team 68. I have been with the team for the past 2 years, and it has been great. I worked on the building/designing the manipulator as well as a driver this past season. I will be attending Michigan Tech University studying mechanical/electrical engeneering. I would be a mentor on our team but becuase i am going to tech i just might be a mentor on theirs. ^^ Anyway Robotics has been great and i will never forget my experiances with it.

UCF or VCC=Mentoring 1402 if their back, if not then 1694 will be there, or else i'll help out the new Semonile High School team with Gordon Andrews, my old mentor. or maybe work with Phu, not sure yet

Team 190 has five seniors graduating this year, however all of them are coming attending WPI in the fall, and will be rejoining us as mentors (which is really cool. by the way).

Yale, anyone? Or anywhere else in the greater New Haven, CT area? Team 558, the Elm City Robo-Squad, is looking for new mentors. We are a Yale sponsored team that, according to the comments on our recent regional chairman's award submission, is an "exceptional team on the rise." It's a very decidated but fun group of inner-city students who really appreciate the work of their mentors.

Elm City Robo-Squad Team # 558
2003 UTC Regional Judge's Award
2005 UTC Regional Imagery Award
2005 UTC Regional Quarterfinalist (7th seed and alliance captain)
2006 UTC Regional Finalist (thanks teams 181 and 358)
2007 UTC Regional Winner (thanks teams 195 and 1124)
2007 UTC Regional Daimler-Chrysler Team Spirit Award

Team 830, the Rat Pack, is also looking for new mentors, for those of you who will be attending the University of Michigan or will be in the Ann Arbor area. There are pretty much only two (maybe three) of us right now, since my colleagues are graduating, so if you are interested, by all means PM or IM me. :)

I'm Sarah Le, I'm a part of Team 1636, Reds Robotics. I was the driver for two years of the three Team 1636 has been active, as well as one of the programmers, mechanics, designers, media producer, communications, and head electrician. I'm going to attend Colorado School of Mines and next year if our coach is able to get back our FIRST program back into our school next year, then I will be a mentor for the team. Colorado School of Mines is sponsoring the start of F.I.R.S.T. VEX in the state of Colorado, so I will be helping start the program and mentor some of the teams as well as mentor some of the FLL teams in Golden and Arvada during the fall season. For college, at the School of Mines I plan to get my bachelors' in electrical and mechanical engineering and then transfer and move to MIT. I could go now but I'm not ready to leave Colorado just yet.

Sunny Chen, graduate of team 1552, 3 years with FIRST. Like many of you guys, I wish someone had started the team at my school one year earlier, get that full 4 year experience :) I will be attending Johns Hopkins University for BME next year, and I am looking for a team in the Baltimore area to help out. hopefully, maybe even volunteer at the chesapeake regional, if time permits.

Francois Baldassari, just committed to Brown University in Providence, Rhodes Island. I might be mentoring the local team (don't remember the number) if the year is going well for me and I settle my different with FIRST. I have already met a couple people going there that are interested as well.

Anthony Schuller, I've been with team 217 for the past 2 years now. I'm going to attend the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. I hope to be able to mentor a local team (haven't found one yet), and, time permitting, volunteer at the Philadelphia Regional.
