I'm more surprised that he didn't wear a tuxedo. Does attending the FIRST Championship Event mean more than going to the White House? :D

Two answers -

Of course the FIRST Championship is more important than a trip to the White House.

And Woodie is far too much the gracious professional to out-dress the President.

I dunno, with those Chucks, I'd be inclined to say he out-dresses the better part of DC...

He had purple with gold accents on at Championships.

Only Woody would be able to wear Chucks to meet the President.

Those are the purple and gold Chucks personalized with "FIRST". I was admiring them while we were in line for security.

Get Firefox. Spell check is built in, it does the little red squiggly underline thing like a word processor. (Although some words like mecanum and aluminium aren't included in its dictionary, but it only takes two clicks to add them)
