Either Elgin is faking his "action shot" or the dude with the barrel plug in his marker needs a little more education on paintball marker operation LOL. :)

Photoshop alert!

Why don't you Photoshop in a few welts and paintball splotches on Elgin while you're at it? Let me guess, he was the "sniper" who always stayed in the back? :D

LOL glad you guys had fun - paintball as a team activity is a sure winner.

lol. I didn't use photoshop...... It was Gimp!

This was before we started. I wanted to take a picture before my phone got all shot up. We had soooo much fun today!

btw... I only have one welt... in the back of my neck. I thought this was going to be a very painful experience, but the only welt I do have was from friendly fire! I had never gone before, and was very scared when I got there. I really had a good time.

Pretty much. But then one time I "bunkered" one person (snuck up close range and shot them - or tried to) and got shot in the face myself with an Orange splotch. That wasn't too fun. Good thing the course has velocity limits on the markers. LOL

Ouch, I know how that one feels, once I got shot in the side of the neck as well as another rather sensitive place in the same round. Trust me, you'll be nursing that neck welt for a while, mine took a little over a week to go away.

Try doing that when you have no ammo left. Run toward the bunker and scream like a madman. It's great fun. Especially when it works.

Or pretend you're already out, walk toward the field boundary closest to enemy territory with your gun in the air, then plug 'em in the back (from at least the safe distance specified by the field) when they least expect it. They call it the "Dead Man's Walk".

That's why you tag 'em twice.

Nothing quite like explaining a "paintball hicky" to your coworkers. ;)

My room mates and I all bought spiders on ebay and now myself and another room mate have ions that are just crazy, we go into local woods and play when ever we can all get together its great fun, the welts suck though but its all part of the fun. One of the best times I ever had paint balling was about a month ago 4 of us went out to play paint ball and I decided to see what would happen if I wore my bullet prof vest under my shirt, I got shot like 10 times in the back when I was lying on the ground getting a good shot and never knew it and one of the guys with me thought I was passed out or something, he came up to see if I was ok when I herd him coming I turned around and just about emptied my hopper on this guy. I love paintball
