Looking to be adopted

Hey gang,

I'm looking for a team around the Nashua, NH area to adopt me. I've got about 7 years of experience doing this, and I'd love to help your team mechanically.

Another note, if you would like to start a new team in the area, contact me and we can see what we can do.

Thanks a bunch!

Greg :)

I think there should be a new area here:

CD-Adopt

Where people can go to get adopted.

It's late... bad ideas are going to bed...

I will be in the same boat in the Fall, but I hope to help out with one of the Purdue FIRST teams. I hope one of them will "adopt" me.

I think that this is a pretty interesting idea for college students or others to find teams to mentor for.

Try Daniel Webster College. They have sponsored a team (or had -- their website has pictures from 2002 :confused: ) But you better hurry as the school sesson ends this Friday. (Have to go get my son then.)

Anybody around Indianapolis? 1024 could use some more engineers/mentors in general... seems we lose em here and there...

I second that, since many teams (like ours) are in need of a mentor and dont have any luck finding them.

But to keep on topic;
i'm sure you have already done this, but have you gone on the FIRST website and looked at the team list of the state/area you're interested in? At least you can have a list of teams in the area to try to get in contact with.
