Any guesses for 2008 kick-off date
 

Working on the TBD calendar dates for next year. The date for the Championship is published for the next two years on the Georgia Dome calendar of events. One can also guestimate regional dates based upon historical data.

My guess for kick-off is January 5th which puts ship date as February 19th. This would then make the first round of regionals starting on February 28th in a leap year. The following would be the remaining regional weeks March 6th, March 13th, March 20th, & March 27th.

Exactly. Being that they announced the Hawaii regional would be Week 5 and March 27-29, I just worked backwards from there.

My birthday would be the same day of the 2008 Kickoff.

Oh gosh. Another 2:00 am meet time at the classroom to watch the regional. We always watch it live to maximize planing time, and being in hawaii we are quite a few hours behind.

my best guess would be the 5th...wasn't it that day this year? meh....i guess the kickoff is never soon enough :p

kickoff is usually the first saturday of the month...except if its new years :)

The Colorado FIRST site says the kickoff is January 5, 2008.

Saturday after the first thursday of January. Basically, it won't be the 1st or 2nd.

I'd like kick-off to be on my b-day (Jan 15), but that wouldn't work with week 5 of regionals being March 27.

At least I won't spend my birthday being driven insane by game hints :D
