From the way talks have gone around here, you will probably be seeing us there this year. Looks to be a fun regional. Any word on if it is before or after the Wisconsin Regional?

What I've heard from one of our lead mentors (and the one in charge of the regional) MN is after WI. MN is week 5 and WI is week 3. I can't wait!

Ahh don't say that, there will definitely be a Wisconsin regional next year. I work with the regional planning committee as a their webmaster.

I know for sure that the Wisconsin Regional will be in Week 2 or 3 this year from what I remember. I could check my old emails to make certain.

Nat is right with the weeks. The dates for the Wisconsin Regional (we'll be there) are March 13 - 15, 2008. The Minnesota Regional (we'll be there as well) are March 27 - 29, 2008.

Can't wait for 08!!

Team 45, TechnoKats, are pretty sure we are going to Minnesota for our second regional. It's not official yet, but that's what we voted on. =]

Team 2052 (New Brighton, MN) will definitely be there.

This will be our second year as a team, and we went to the Milwaukee regional last year. Happy to see a regional in our backyard ;)

Thanks for spelling definitely rightly. It's nice to see some people make the effort.
Team 1710 (Olathe, KS) is going to Minneapolis.

Re: 2008 Minneapolis regional

I heard that a local rookie team would have liked to go to the mm regional since they could not afford the travel expenses to another regional but since it had already filled up they could not unless another team moved :( . Our team got an email asking us if we could help them out by going to the wisconsin regional. We would if we were in the financial position to do it but we dont have the additional funding required for the travel and we have been planning on purchasing tools and the like.
Does anyone have any information on this team?

thanks, vivek

Can anybody tell me who the volunteer coordinator for this regional is with an email if applicable?
