Putting at Beantown!!

Check this out!!! When Team 176 (Aces High) took a timeout to repair their robot, Team 348 went to go work on their putting during the timeout. This needs to become a FIRST Tradition, especially at Championships.

I'm required to ask: Why did a robotics team have a set of clubs with them at an event? Duck, Duck, Goose on Galileo is one thing, but this takes it to the next level.

I love that so much. Bring the clubs to BattleCry, I'd like to give it a shot.:D

I have to second Billfred's question: Why in the world did you have a set of clubs at the event?

why not have a set of golf clubs out there? lol. congrats on that putt, but look out...you may have some competition for the longest putt in the future.

Re: Putting at Beantown!!

Well, we had golf clubs because our crazy mentor thought it would be funny to do something ridiculous during a timeout. In NYC last year, he suggested that our alliance spell out FIRST with our bodies out on the field. Ever since nats last year, we have been carrying golf clubs around and practicing in our hotel rooms because putting is funnier than spelling out FIRST. :)
