Three FIRST Guinness Books of records were made at the 2003 IRI event:
1. Biggest sandwich ever made: a 55-foot “Big O’Crispy**” for the IRI volunteers. 2. Heaviest sandwich ever made: 350 pounds before the horseradish sour cream 3. Fastest consumption of a sandwich: The Big O'Crispy was eaten by 30 IRI volunteers in 35 minutes. (**Big O’crispy- hand hammered pork tender loin sandwich with onion, pickles & ketchup, tomato, horseradish sour cream.) |
