[OCCRA]: we need a preinspection form

We need to know how we can get another pre-inspection form because we have seemed to misplaced it. Thank you for your time in this matter.

I am attaching the form here.

Remember:

You will also need a VEX inspection form.... I will get it and post.

Major concerns are always:
Size
Weight .... drilling holes is not good.
Legal amount/kind of motors
Legal cost containment for wheels and have proof if asked
WARNING! WARNING! Just because it is at Home Depot does not make it a legal part. You must use the additional materials list. Every year some teams have issues.

AND A BIG ONE:

All teams MUST have 4" numbers on 4 sides of their robot - no exception.

No you can't get DQ'd for drilling speed holes. In most cases you lose very little weight, and weakens the structure of what you are "swiss cheesing", therefore it's not a good solution to losing weight. You see alot of teams doing this when they are 5 pounds over weight, when they can be spending thier time better by looking at what they can take off. Hope this helps but if you want an official answer then post it in the Q & A section.:)

I know full well what speed holes are, I was just confused by the fact that Mike said that they are a major concern to judges in inspection.

As for posting that in the Q&A section, it's not really nearly important enough require a thread of it's own, I was just curious about it because it struck me as amusing.
