Knock Knock.
is that a riddle?

a ship is anchored at a seaport, and it has a ladder. the bottom rung touches the water, and the ladder is a length of 180cm with 15cm in between rungs. the tide is rising at a rate of 10cm/hr. how long will it take for the water to touch the 4th rung from the top?

(btw it starts and ends with a rung)

The water will NEVER touch the 4th rung from the top. As the water rises, so does the ship.

How would you rearrange the letters in the words "New Door" to make one word?

Oh you guys aren't any fun.

The correct answer was....

"Who's there?"

"Under the Patriot Act, we don't have to tell you."

I don't think a "knock knock" joke qualifies as a riddle.

A man, wearing completely black clothes, is walking down an alley that has no street lights on, while he is walking down the alley, a man is driving a car, with no lights on, down the same alley. How does the man in the car see the man that is walking in the alley?

He doesn't. The man in the car is going "down" the same direction as the man walking "down" the ally.

(this isn't very good but I made it up) What has four I's and sounds like a snake in the middle.

EDIT: oh yah your right BlondeNerd but my answer sounded good right?jk

they're part of triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, etc

If you keep it, it will last forever.
If you give it away, it dies instantly.

Re: Riddle Game!

The wind was a tornado that sucked up all the peaches.

I'm not much of a riddler, but here is the best I've heard:
What do you sleep on, brush your teeth with, and start your car with?

I'm pretty sure the answer to this should have been... A secret.

A bed, toothpaste and a key! Everybody knows that! Or as Shelley Duvall put it in the movie, Roxanne - "Its as plain as the nose on your face!"

While on Safari in the wild jungles of Africa, the professor woke one morning and felt something in the pocket of her pajamas. It had a head and a tail, but no legs. When the professor got up she could feel it move inside of her pocket. However, the professor showed little concern and went about her morning activities. Why wasn't she concerned?

Is it a nail?

Two men were having a showdown. Each shot the opponent in the head but no one died. How can this be?
